• Our events typically start at 9 PM and end at 2 AM.  See details on event page for specific timings.

• All of our events are held at spaces meant for 21 years and older only.  Government issued ID's will be checked at the door. 

• All tickets are non-refundable.  However, you are welcome to give your tickets to a friend or even resell them.  Once scanned at the door, the QR code will not allow others to enter under the same ticket. 

• Our events do have a maximum capacity due to local fire codes.  A ticket does not guarantee entry if the venue is at capacity.  However, a pre-purchased ticket will have priority to enter compared to those buying tickets at the door. 

• The ticket is good for entry only and does not include food/beverage, coat check, parking or any other service/product.
